Prescription Pick-up
If you are coming to pick up a prescription please call ahead to ensure your items are available. Prescriptions may be picked up during our General Clinic Hours.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation so that someone else can enjoy that appointment time. Our cancellation fee is half of the cost of the visit booked.
Dispensary
The Waterdown Clinic houses a specialized dispensary which includes an extensive botanical pharmacy, Biotherapies (drainage, gemmotherapies and homeopathics), unique dietary supplements and self care items. The dispensary is intended for the convenience of our clients and to provide professional prescription products.
